Attorney Peter M. Tumminaro is also a skilled appellate attorney. He handles criminal appeals and criminal post conviction petitions. He has done more than 100 criminal appeals in the State of Illinois and has the distinction of having argued criminal appeals in each of the 5 appeals courts in Illinois as well as before the Illinois Supreme Court.

In and out of courtroom, Mr. Tumminaro is well-respected in the legal community. He is a member of the Trial Bar of the Federal Court for the Northern District of Illinois as well as a member of the Appellate Bar for the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
